QR CODE
Bada BIng Bada Boom
The QR Code is a small wave HP Shortboard pushing limits based on a perfect line and fitness. The shape frothes on: everything smooth, everything with maximum speed.
Quirin Rohleder’s original design asks for constant work along the perfect line, especially when surfing semi-natural rapids such as the Eisbach. If you are looking for forgiving shapes, choose differently. The QR Code gives you the most radical maneuvers with ease and controls powerful artificial rapids such as Unit or Citywave perfectly. On those waves the QR Code also works for the intermediates and makes it easy for them to learn radical and powerful turns.
In the ocean, this design has great capacities to tear out the bags of any small pocket and leave you surprised of how much drive can be generated in mediocre surf. … given you are in good shape and know how to push a performance shortboard.
Use this shape in any artificial rapid and on Euro beaches all year round. Definitely a step down when heading out for Indonesian waters or into long-period swell destinations.

BANG STICK
A Groveler
The Bang Stick takes shortboarding into less curvey and smaller waves with a bang! A wave catcher for every trip and day, which offers a great blend between forgiving yet reactive handling.
Since grovelers have a bit of a sluggish reputation by name, let us make this clear – the Bang Stick is not for the mellow cruise. Place your back foot on the tail pad and off you go. A little more rocker, some pronounced concaves and a little more beef to compensate for the above make for a super agile small waves and rapids shortboard design. The Bang Stick delivers great snap with above par drive, especially for taller and heavier surfers. You will need to add pressure to the tail, in return you will get crazy snaps and hacks.
This shape is for a more front footed and slightly heavier surfer than the QR Code for example. A surfer who likes the comfort of a touch more volume in a shape used mostly in summer and on all sorts of rapids. Perfectly fit for summer swells and spots found on Sri Lanka, Central America, summerly Europe or on Unit and CityWave rapids. Bang!

The Talking
Will Speak For you
Nici Marusa was looking for a shape allowing him to focus on having fun while tearing apart small waves and rapids in his signature style relying on athleticism while following intuition. A shape that does just that for him basically – The Talking.
Nici Marusa is a front footed shredder ready to put in all the work it needs to get maximum speed and maneuverability out of this board. With it’s comparably low entry rocker this shape works really well (for him) in smaller waves and rapids yet does not sacrifice on reactiveness due to the release in tail and a Vee off.
Since Nici is into technical tricks we kept a bit of extra foam in the nose area of the board to smoothen out reverse and shuvit landings. Helpful for paddling and to make flatter sections too. The rounded squash offers a nice balance between rail control through roundhouse combos and pop to get into air maneuvers. This goes for Surfing and Rapid Surfing.
