WHICH SHAPES DO YOU SURF?

Right now The Train… All my other surfboards are more or less destroyed. I actually picked this one up from Mr. Quirin Rohleder himself, because I was in need of any kind of surfboard for the river. The first to times surfing it I was totally overwhelmed by the amount of speed this board generates and I wasn’t sure how to handle it. It took me some time to understand how this thing works, but after I figured out the right Fin-Combination and learned to tame the animal it quickly became my all-time favorite Surfboard for the River. It’s ridiculous how much speed you gain out of the turns, how helpful the wide tail is for big airs and how easy it flows on ‘flat Days’ ( soft rapid). I haven’t had the chance yet to try it out in the ocean, but I’m really looking forward to racing down the line without being cut by the Eisbach walls! … actually I sometimes surf Sandy if I want to go more progressive. The Pelican and the G.Rip still wait for their first time… i was injured a lot lately.
